We’re looking for a proactive Back Office Sales Specialist to join the team of a leading global player in the marine industry. In this role, you’ll be the link between sales, logistics, and the customer — making sure orders are processed smoothly, delivered on time, and every client is kept in the loop.
You’ll work from the company’s European headquarters in Almere and collaborate daily with colleagues across the globe. No two days are the same — and that’s exactly what makes it interesting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Process incoming international orders and check pricing & delivery terms (SAP)
- Coordinate with production and logistics to meet shipment deadlines
- Prepare export documentation and arrange global transport
- Handle invoicing and ensure all financial details are correct
- Support Account Managers and act as the go-to person for customers
