Experience in an administrative or project support role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent in English (Dutch and other languages are a plus)
Comfortable with MS Office and ideally project tools like MS Projects or Wrike
Available for 80–100% of the work week (32–40 hours)

For an international organization based in Almere, we are looking for a Project Assistant who can provide hands-on support to the project team and take care of essential secretarial tasks. This is a 3-month temporary position, starting as soon as possible, for 4 to 5 days a week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the project leader in planning and executing project activities
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Format and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation
- Be the central point of contact for the team, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Arrange travel and logistics for team members
- Track expenses and assist with basic budget follow-up
