We are looking for a Department Assistant to support the After Sales department of an international company in the marine sector. In this full-time position, you will help the team work efficiently by taking care of administrative, organizational and logistical tasks.

As Department Assistant, you play an important role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You:

  • Organise meetings, events and training sessions, including travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Handle logistics and invoicing for warranty, training and after-sales services
  • Maintain customer accounts and assist with CRM and dealer portals
  • Draft and send correspondence, reports and meeting notes
  • Act as the first point of contact for the department
  • Support commercial activities and internal administration
